The Renters’ Rights Act 2025

The first phase of the Act has been in force since 1 May 2026. Section 21 “no fault”
evictions are gone, tenancies are now periodic, and rent increases follow a set process.
If you are self-managing and unsure where that leaves you, call us — we are already
running every tenancy we manage under the new rules.
